Screen Printing

Sublimation

We offer Sublimation printing. This process is good for the one of a kind project. Sublimation is the process of printing a special ink, onto special paper, using a special printer. When the ink is heat pressed onto your item and reaches a high temperature, the ink is transformed into a gas. Once you press the transfer paper onto your item and then release your pressure, the temperature is allowed to cool, at which point the sublimation ink turns back into solid form and the pores permanently close and encapsulate the ink within the polymer coating of your substrate.

Vinyl Printing

We offer vinyl printing. Vinyl printing is all about heat transfer. You use a machine to cut out letters and designs from colored vinyl and heat-press them onto the t-shirt to transfer the color to it. Vinyl printing depends on a combination of pressure and heat. Vinyl printing is best suited for simple graphics. If you’re looking to create basic shapes or text-based designs, this is the method to use.
