At Northwest Ohio Welch Trophy, your satisfaction with the product and your overall experience is very important to us. We have developed this helpful list of frequently asked questions to help guide you in the right direction and to set you up for success.
Our standard screen size is 11″ x 12″, though we do make various sizes to accomodate all shirt sizes. All art supplied to us should be created at the size you would like the design printed.
All Files must be 300 DPI or provided as a vector file. Preferred file types are .PSD, .TIF, .EPS, .AI, .PDF, and .JPG. Design should be sized to print. Orders will not move into production until we have usable artwork.
We like to have transparent communication with our customers. There are set-up fees on each order. There are also art fees that may be applied if the art sent over with your order does not meet our requirements. All fees will be communicated prior to completing the order so there are no surprises.
Our average turnaround time is 7-15 business days. Turnaround time is not guaranteed and starts when your order has been paid for and we have proper art elements and clear direction to move forward. Complex designs or orders with extra add-ons may increase turnaround time. If you have a deadline for your order, you must let us know when placing your order and a rush fee may be applied.
At Northwest Ohio Welch Trophy, we want to meet your custom apparel needs. Depending on the type of order and application process, a minimum order may be required. Ask your customer service representative for more details.
Custom apparel orders, and specialty items can be customized to your desired needs. It is important to be familiar with the various printing processes to understand how charges are applied. In order to be the most cost effective, it is best to keep the ink colors the same on all shirts – but your shirts can change as long as the size of the screen can be applied to the shirts you have selected.
You can order as many different shirt sizes as you want. Certain brands have limitations. Our customer service agents will be able to guide you.
Of course! We print on hundreds of different brands but to make it easy we only list the most popular ones. As long as we can order blanks.
Yes. Your payment must be received before your order is printed.
It’s entirely possible. When communicating with our customer service agents, be sure to provide any image references or sample ideas. We will do our best to meet your needs.
